Obviously, you know, Mendoza's probably going to be the first one taken, but you need more pieces than just that, especially with Kubiak coming from.
It's easy for you to be able to do your job based on where you are because of what you have with your personnel.
It makes your job and calling players or even being a head coach now coming to Las Vegas, it makes it very easy.
But you're going to need those pieces that make your job easy.
That's the only problem.
That's the only issue I see.
Obviously, Mendoza is going to be the first quarterback taken.
The Raiders aren't passing on him.
What are you going to do with Matt Crosby?
Are you going to let Matt Crosby go so you can get some value back from him and put some other pieces around you on offense or maybe on defense?
There's so many pieces or so many holes that need to be filled in Las Vegas before you can be a team that can compete in that division, let alone in the goddamn league.
It's so many answers that need to be answered.
I love the hire.
I love the coach that you're getting, but what does he have to work with?
That's the only issue.
I already told you where receiver's going now, and it make the most sense because he's every bit of what a Raider is.
But go ahead.
I mean, allow him to go somewhere where he can contend.
