So like my workouts have always just been, I learned to work out by getting like Flex Magazine, Muscle and Fitness.

Oh, I'm going to do 16 sets on, you know, each exercises.

Today I'm in the headquarters gym and I look and it's program doing legs and pendulum squat one set.
