2015, I tore my rotator cuffs, and I haven't benched since.

So I'm doing the stupid little cable curls just like everybody else.

But I never wanted to get operated on my bench, on my rotator cuff, so I had to give it up.

I didn't want to walk around South Beach like this.

Absolute vibe killer.

I like that.

It hurt my neck.
