Yeah.
How do you plan to bring Butler back to what it was when you was playing?
Not saying you can get to the national championship, but bring it in the Big East, make it in one of the top teams in the Big East.
Yeah, I think the thing that has made Butler good for a long time is like Butler has known any coach.
There's been a lot of great coaches at Butler, but we've known who we are and we've known who we're not.
And so I think to just be really clear with our staff and our team about who we are and who we need to be to be successful is the most important thing.
We don't have to get outside of any lane or try to do what anybody else is doing.
Let's just be the best version of us and focus on what's going to make us successful.
And to me, that's just being...
A great connected team that's being super competitive every night.
And that's being the most prepared team.
I think if we can do those three things, then we'll put ourselves in position to get back to being the team in the program that we all know Butler is.
Right.

When you're recruiting a lot of these kids, because I know a lot of kids watch us.
What's some of the things that you're looking at when you're evaluating them and trying to see who you want to bring to your program?
Number one, we're looking like, are guys humble?
And that's not like, oh, I'm not that good.
That's just like, you know what?
