There's so much there that there's no learning curve for Aaron, and really there's very little learning curve for Mike.

He goes on to Seattle and still has success, and JJ McCarthy can't get much done.

So he wants to make that work, and it makes the most sense organizationally for it to work.

But for Kyler Murray, he should have a huge advantage with all of his experience, with the success that he has, with the confidence that he has.

He should obviously win the job.

The thing that concerns me about that is him talking about how difficult it is without the reps, without all the reps.
