Here's the one argument I'd make strongly for Baker is Cleveland really wishes they hadn't moved on from Baker.
If you want to look at it from an organizational standpoint, you only have to go look at that organization and the problems that they've had since they've had Baker.
Well, that's part of his chip on the show.
But I'm saying if you look at organizational decisions, do you have a guy, do you not have a guy, Cleveland probably would have been in the mix every single year with a guy of Baker's quality.
They would have been fantastic.

Well, look, I spent two years with Jim, and when Jim says things, he's not saying things to be theatrical.
He believes the things that he says.

Being a former quarterback, having the success that he's had in college and in pro football, for him to say those things, that's got to be great for a guy like Justin Herbert.
Who doesn't want to hear that your employer feels that strongly about you, has that much belief in you?
And the other thing that does from a coaching standpoint is when he does have to criticize him, or coaching, but some guys will take that as criticizing, when he does have to push him,
Justin knows that this isn't a guy that's doing it for the sake of doing it.
He knows that he's trying to make him better.
And I believe that helps a relationship significantly.
And over the course of his career, there's been criticism of the head coaches that he's had and the idea that they were the limiting factor.
Well, that's not a criticism anymore.
Jim's taken a team to the Super Bowl.
He's won a national championship in college football.
So you take that out of the equation.
