They're viewed as, it's not even just the companies, but our society almost views seniors as needy and greedy when they have so much wisdom and so much
valuable information to share and, frankly, productivity to share.
The selfish reason that I started Chapter, of course, I wanted to help my parents.
Of course, I want to help seniors.
But the selfish reason is when I'm 65, I'm not going to want to be considered kind of dead to society, to have no role in society and have no access to support people.
And so there's a selfish aspect as well, which is I'm going to want Chapter to exist in a much more robust way when I'm 65.

I'm very much persona non grata in the legacy Medicare industry.
People are making videos about how evil I am, about how evil Chapter is, trying to do takedowns of us, which I frankly never thought anyone would do.
But I guess it indicates that people are threatened by us.
I think it means we're doing our jobs.
I think the future of retirement for Americans, really the narrative of retirement hasn't been updated since 1960s with Del Webb, with Sun City.
And I think people are yearning, Americans are yearning for the ability to write their own narrative, to define their own chapter of retirement.
