Those were the jubilant scenes outside the High Court on Friday after the decision to prescribe Palestine action was ruled unlawful.

The move triggered one of the largest civil disobedience campaigns in British history.

Around 2,700 people were arrested.

Over the last year, we've become accustomed to seeing protesters, many of them pensioners, holding up signs supporting Palestine Action being carted off by police.

Why did the High Court find it unlawful?
