We had to stop, you know, from โ
halfway between Oklahoma and Texas and at an emergency roadside emergency room you know and and she walked me through in the dark there with her eyes closed hooked up to some IV drip on how to post this video you know me making fun of her but it's definitely a full-time job but
It's still rewarding.
I mean, we enjoy sharing our ag story.
And a lot of people, I think, miss the opportunity to share their story because they're afraid, number one, of what people are going to say.
Number two, they don't think that what they do is important.
But the stuff that we do every single day, and all of anybody involved in agriculture,
that we think is mundane and boring, the average Joe that's four or five generations removed, they're like, that's awesome.
I mean, I would love to do that.
You know, I'd love to scoop a stall out or I'd love to get on a manure spreader and throw manure out.
That would be so fun.
You know, we're like, we're drawing straws for us to do that stuff, you know.
I'm a systems guy.
So when I look at stuff, I'm like, I like to figure out.
Yeah.
I like to see areas of inefficiency and try to streamline it.
But the problem is...
In any organization, and this is a business, so there has to be a boss, somebody that calls the shots and says.
And we all know it's her.
But that way is not working the way it ought to, so we need some management change.
