If you need me to help you with something, you can ask me.

But other than that, I'm not going to cross that river.

the type of job she was at before, that everything's super structured to having to do it all.

I mean, she's still, it takes time to get your own system set up and figure out, hey, I need less time here, more time here, and she's working through that on her own.

Not so much.

I mean, we both see areas where we want to grow and we're very good about that.

But we operate a little different than most people.
