And I'm like, yeah, I mean, everybody's got to have tires.

That sounds like a good deal.

So I called the guy that had the shop, and he said, yeah, there's so-and-so, so-and-so, and so-and-so are all going to come an hour apart this morning.

You can come, you know, this afternoon.

And I was like, man, there is no deal to be made if there's three or four people in front of you.

So we just kind of bypassed that, and then about a month later, he said, hey, the cleaners and laundromats are coming up for sale.

Would you be interested in buying it?

I said, I'm probably their worst customer.

I mean, unless we're going to a funeral or a wedding, I'm not in there.

But, yeah, I'll go by there.

So I had two weeks of vacation saved up.

I took all of my two weeks of vacation.

I went up there and sat in the –

And that man's office, he was like, just do whatever you want to.

He gave me a key to the office, gave me the passwords to the computer.

So I went through all the software, saw how the business was running, saw areas where we could make improvements.

I worked a day or two at each station, pressing blue jeans, pressing shirts, working the front counter and just saw how everything was working.

I was like, yeah, this is pretty viable business.
