If you're using it to expand your business and you're smart about it,
I think it's a good tool.
You know, if a ranch next to us came up for sale and it was reasonably priced but I couldn't pay cash for it, but I could borrow the money and I know, hey, I can stock it this way and I can make it pay for itself, which that's a whole other.
I mean, people will tell you you can't pay for a farm or a ranch with debt.
And maybe they can't, but there are ways to do it if you think outside the box and you're not scared to do something different than everybody else is doing.
I'd run a Dodge because it's cheaper.
Well, that's just like we were in North Carolina last week, and we got an Uber driver, and he was driving.
And his Yukon or XL or whatever it was in, it was kind of clapped out.
I mean, it was used up about.
And he's like, man, they won't give me nothing.
I bought this thing in 2020.
I gave $109,000 for it.
And I'm like, why in the world would you give $100,000?
I almost didn't give that much for my place when I bought it 20 years ago.
And I'm like.
for something that's going to decrease in value, you know?
But that's just the way it is.
And there is some truth to that.
But, you know, the old saying around Texas is cattle for show, sheep for dough.
