I know it shouldn't.

I know Tom Brady's opinion on financial investment should not have influence, but it does.

Right.

That's just the reality of it.

That's a real burden.

I didn't know anything about SBF or FTX.

It wasn't on my radar at all.

But I could see myself taking them on as a sponsor.

I've seen a lot of people I respect, Sam Harris and others, talk with SBF like he's doing good for the world.

So I could see myself being hoodwinked, having not done research.

And the same thing makes me wonder,

I don't want to become cynical, but it makes you wonder who are the people in your life you trust that could be the next SBF or worse, big, powerful leaders, Hitler and all that kind of stuff.

Yeah.

To what degree do you want to investigate?

Do you want to hold their feet to the fire, see through their bullshit, call them on their bullshit?

And also, as a friend, if you happen to be friends or have a connection, how to help them not slip into the land of fraud.

I don't know.

All of that is just overwhelming.
