She is playing very irresponsibly, and I think quite disgustingly, she is playing outrage,

games with people who want to hear that.

She is getting clicks.

And unfortunately, one of the downsides of the independent media ecosystem is that the way to get clicks is to stay on the extremes and to make people angry because people are isolated.

They want to hear thoughts that make them feel good about this.

But enough about Megyn Kelly.

We don't need to talk about her because she's not someone who deserves this much attention.

I want to just say one real quick thing about the independent media.

know corporate media have absolutely sort of bended knee to the trump administration they have settled lawsuits that were total not because they were principled but they were business decisions and journalism is not meant to be a business deal right abc gave millions of dollars cbs spent 16 million dollars so to viacom so that this paramount thing could go through right

To echo what everyone is saying, the reason they're going after you is that there's no control over independent media.

They have no yoke on you.

And that's exactly why independent voices has never been more important.

And also the bravery and courage to speak

truth to power.

That's the essence of journalism.

So there's never been a better time to have a voice like you, Dawn, and Joy, and everyone else out there.

And by the way, this is not a partisan issue.

This is a principal issue, right?

If a Democratic administration was arresting a conservative media person who was doing proper journalism, there should be and would be just as much alarm and outrage.
