You know, I was in from 98 until 2011.
In the SEAL teams from 98 until 2011.
Everybody knows what was happening between 9-11 and then.
It's not that it didn't stop happening.
I know, you know, from my own experience, from 03 through 2010 was extremely intense.

Obviously, the military has rules and we need rules and you follow the laws of armed conflict and you follow the rules of engagement.
There's no question about that ever.
