This is they're probably the club who's had more upheaval than anyone else.
The players they've brought in are largely certainly from a Premier League point of view, they're unknowns, right?
They we're not really sure what what their style of play is.
Obviously they're they're younger players that have come in from the Aerodivisia or from the Bundesliga in Germany and
They might take a little bit of time to adapt and I think we all thought that that maybe this is going to be a real transitional season.
I actually said uh on Friday I thought Newcastle might be outside qualifiers for European football this year.

Um I think the the coaching change was one that they really needed actually.

Um I think we'd mentioned that quite a few times that they were
Predictable that the same things kept happening to them, whereby they would maybe make good starts to games and they would tail off and they wouldn't really find a way back.
That kept happening over and over.
Um Matthias Geisler has come in, who again a bit of an unknown.
Um but I think that those unknown quantities are actually helpful.
I think those players in the coaching setup that I think a lot of a lot of their opposition teams don't really know what Newcastle are, and that that is actually a big positive for Newcastle.
