So up to 72 hours, a payment can be delayed if there's potential that a scam is involved, which is one of the things you want to put the right amount of resistance in place, but you don't want too much resistance, especially on a faster payment channel.
Then the other area I'll talk a little bit about is Europe.
Europe is interesting because there are things that apply to Europe as an entire region, and then there's things that apply to specific countries, and they'll have their own specific regulations in place.
We'll take Italy as an example.
Italy doesn't allow biometrics to be used as part of their authentication for fraud monitoring or in their fraud monitoring products.
Even though it is recommended kind of at the European level, Italy specifically doesn't allow it.
So there are kind of those nuances from country to country.
France is another one where they've been seeing a big increase in check fraud, where the majority of other European countries have seen a decrease in checks.
So there are those changes from country to country.
And they also have different ways of moving money in the different areas too.
So in Sweden, they have a network called Swish that's kind of similar to Zelle in the United States where it's linked to an email or phone number.
But across the Eurozone, there's SEPA Instant is really that kind of main way to move money.
And in October of 2025, I believe it will be mandated that...
Institutions will have to offer a faster SEPA instant, which is essentially that faster payments version of a SEPA transaction.
And as part of that, they'll have similar authentication requirements up front, as well as a confirmation of payee solution.
And within Europe as well, they're introducing information sharing regulations under something called Article 75.
which will have some parallels to what we see in the United States, but differences as well.
But it'll be interesting to see how that information sharing gets used in the fraud context, as well as we see more and more faster payments with SEPA Instant.
Yeah, exactly.
I think the UK has a kind of concentrated market where there's a small number of large institutions.
