I mean looks after her.
And we were able to have a look at her earnings and see what the threshold was.
There's two.
There's full carers and there's half carers.
on paper she meted the criteria for half carers and they wouldn't give it to her and like do you know what my opinion on it is that even if she was working full time and earning a high income
think she's still entitled to the carers because she's an animal for the work she's contributing to society and she's looking after her mam and i mean there's no one else to do it it falls on her shoulders regardless she has to do it i know another person and um he works for a company and the company will be sold soon when i say soon could be over the next year or two
And it's a small enough company and he has an arrangement with his boss that he'll buy the company.
So in order to do that, he has to work like a dog now for the next couple of years, like I did, like anyone does that wants to better themselves.
And to make a long story short, he's working a lot and they have a disabled child.
And I mean a disabled child that requires care.
So obviously his partner...
needs to stay at home.
I mean, needs to know, Brenda.
I don't mean, you know, the child got a cold three years ago, I'm the child's carer.
I mean, the child needs care.
To make a long story short, because he's working extra, they cut her carers.
Like, what's that about?
What's that about, you know?
So I just think carers really needs to be looked at.
