Everyone now at the moment thinks North Dock is an absolute roaring success.
I get it.
And that's how it looks.
12 months ago, North Dock was a butcher's.
So I opened a butcher shop at the worst possible time to open a butcher shop.
Do you know?
And like, I just think it's hilarious.
People think North Dock, oh, this fella's found his acres of diamonds.
What a lucky, you know, let's just rewind 12 months ago.
It was a butcher shop at the worst time in history.
And what I mean, the worst time in history is I don't think there's anybody making money in butcher shops.
Like, all right, you have the big boys, but the big boys have their slaughterhouses.
They're slaughtering their own animals and their margin is fantastic.
Towards the end, I was only in the butcher game for maybe six or eight months.
And I realized, you know, I know she won't mind, but like we laugh at this, right?
I take my mother to Dunn's every Thursday and my mother knew I had a butcher shop and my meat was premium.
It was fantastic.
And I was putting her bags into the car anyway.
And didn't I see like a joint of beef inside from Dunn's?
I said, not anywhere, but I'm boiling like.
