Like, you know, like your life can be, like me now, right?
For me, if I'm not pressurized on a daily basis and my phone isn't ringing a hundred times and while it's ringing, if I'm not getting 10 text messages, 10 WhatsApp, 10 messengers, 10 emails, something's wrong.
I love pressure and I thrive on that, right?
But like going back when things aren't going well,
There are certain things you can do.
And again, I know people will listen to this and they'll say nonsense, right?
Like, get your steps in, drink some water, eat good.
All right, if you wake up and there's no one demanding, come on, do a bit of work, do this.
Go for a run, go for a walk.
You'll feel better afterwards.
It will improve your mood.
But always keep going.
Don't accept your circumstances and don't dwell.
You can put one foot in front of the other.
You know, if you break your leg, go to the gym, sit on the bench and lift weights.
If you break your hand, go for a walk.
Always do something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, do what you can now with what you have is what I swear by.
