banged it in that rest recovery is that a whoop man or is that why yeah it is yeah it's the new okay so hey how's your hrv how's your how's your sleep recovery score so i hope you're exercising hydrating feeling properly but 99 of what companies are doing now is just training craft what's the product what's the marketplace what's the competition spreadsheets um
PNLs, they're spending zero to no time on regulating your nervous system, breaking old negative thought patterns, the power of identity and self-image, never outperform your self-image, habits, behaviors, discipline, focus, self-awareness, empathy, creativity.
You're not training any of those, and that's the building block of disrupting an industry and growing your product or your service.

And he found in his research as a plastic surgeon, as a doctor, that you never outperform your self-image.
as the picture that you see yourself.
So even if he was doing plastic surgery on someone's face, if they didn't have a healthy self-concept, they wouldn't be happy.
There's nothing he can do to change physically.
But Ryan, just think about what I just said.
You never outperform your self-image.
The most powerful force is how you see yourself.
