You know, it's kind of on both sides of it.
I don't know if the dust has settled yet.
anytime you're in a year one, no matter how familiar new staff, you know, 48 new players on your roster, all of those things like there's, I don't think the dust is quite settled yet, but on the flip side, you know, it's, this is home for myself, my wife and our family and had all of our children here.
All that history and memories and relationships has picked up pretty seamlessly.
Well, I mean, it's definitely a new role.
I mean, there's definitely, you know, some things you just can't prepare for until you sit in a chair and do the job, right?
So I think there's definitely some of that, but I'm very, very blessed and have a lot of great and have had great people around me and everything has come together well that, you know, things are working and people are working together and the pieces have come together nicely.
I was just going to say, I'm going to have to let you know on that one.
Because I haven't seen it yet, and I don't think it's in the near future, I think.
You know, in today's world, I think the administration, the roster management, the recruiting, I mean, that's a nonstop 24-7, 12 months out of the year phase.
And so I don't think it ever stops.
I think it's part of the situation.
And quite honestly, not just from a head coaching standpoint, but even as an assistant, as a coordinator as well.
those things were pretty much that same way.
Well, I think you have to be adaptive because, I mean, there's been some pretty good cycles of change the last three to five years.
But, you know, for as much as, you know, I'll kind of even go back just from the, yeah, the landscape is shifting and it constantly has been.
But building great relationships, evaluating talent,
building and putting that talent in places to compliment one another.
