So I think it's going to be very, very difficult to stop.
But I go back to my original point.
There won't be room for everybody, no matter what.
It's a competitive game out there.
Uh these Irish these young Irish players are picking it up late in their careers.
They're going against players who have played it all their lives.
It's always going to be difficult and there's only going to be an exceptional few.
to uh there's only going to be an exceptional for you who will make it.
Now t the GA and AFL are talking at the moment.
There have been conversations and the GA have been trying to
uh stress the need for better better welfare, contacting uh the contact of players.
Tom Hoss mentioned the sixteen year olds.
try and you know to nail that one down too that they it's a certain age and it's eighteen before they go out, but some of them are brought out in advance.
There has been one out recently a uh they've been brought out in advance the clubs to tour around to get a feel for all of that.
So I think that practice is what the J would try to clean up with with the AFL welfare.
And also the issue of combines too.
I think they're trying they would try to exercise some control.
But it would all be incumbent on the uh re establishment of the international rules.
And I take Tomas's point about the international arm and the funding, that that could be a factor. 'Cause the desire for this to be uh reignited is more on the Australian side now than the Irish side.
