85 euro for a whole package of games for the year is good value.

I do agree with that part of it because people would say, how come every single game in the World Cup is being broadcast on RTE?

And there's reasons for that too.

And while we can see the quarterfinals, I think from quarterfinals on, they should be free to air.

But that's a contractual issue between RTE and the GAA.

And because of the schedule issues involving the World Cup,

It may not just have been possible, but I think going forward, the model is a good one.

I would like to see it extended and improved with more cameras at games and a GAA channel on its own that you could watch every game.

Well, I think that would have been a great idea to do it.

And of course, we have to take into account that there's derogations here for hospitals and nursing homes and a lot of things.

But I do agree that a quarterfinal stage, and of course, with the benefit of hindsight, everybody would say, God, I'd love to have watched those two matches on Saturday.

They were wonderful games.

And from being a spectator in Crowe Park on both days, we had the most marvellous entertainment.

And I think it certainly...

would be a good idea to do exactly as you say, that quarter final stage.

We showed them free on GEA+.

Notwithstanding, of course, too, that people have to understand that this isn't a profit-making exercise.

This is money that the GEA make from GEA+, which all goes back into the organisation.

Yeah, but you have to, when you drive around the country and you've been from Leash, you'd see all these marvellous pitches everywhere you go.

A lot of that is funded from the money that comes in from ticket prices and from GEA Plus and other sources of revenue.
