And once everybody does that, and we're not going to attack anybody either, then this traffic will start flowing.
If we had just abided by the MOU then, we would get close to operational capacity right now, and we wouldn't be worried about whether we're going to go back to war or not.

All that stuff has had two more months to get backlogged.

I hope it works out this way because it should.
And I hope President Trump doesn't gum this up like he did the last time.
