uh fortunately there are being no public announcements about these closed negotiations i'm one of these people who thinks that the less you hear about a negotiation the more successful it's likely to be and maybe they'll have some success and that will help things along i don't know

I hope they're right.

I really do, because I don't see any particular point to carrying on in the Persian Gulf.

That's why I said I think at least the top of the administration, their focus is moving north.
