My plan for the competition was two eighty.

Because of how the bar felt, I did two point five KGs less than that.

And I'm I'm happy with it.

like training period before n before my next competition, I'll probably do the exact same competition.

Um unless something changes, but I can't see that happening.

And then I'll probably aim for five ten because I'll have a lot of time to
