They put their lives on the line early for the team so I think it was a real team performance.

Obviously we'd like to play better football but against teams like Shells it's going to be hard at times so I think we'll take the point and move on to next week.

100% I think you can see the improvements we've made in defence, obviously with John and Hayden, Benny, even Luke probably isn't a defender but filled in there tonight and I think you can see the pedigree that they have but it's not just in defence, it's a team kind of effort and I think as I said we all dug in, all the boys really committed to the cause and I think it was a deserved point in the end.

Yeah, I think obviously it was a stressful time.

You know, it was obviously probably the first time in my career that I've had probably interest from a few teams, you know.

And yeah, I guess I was seeing what story was Rose's first.
