And you know what happens?

If you're convincing enough, then the bill gets changed.

If not, then you can get your agenda through.

And quite frankly, this is why we have $38 trillion in national debt.

It's why we have a failure to basically launch this agenda of President Trump.

It's because of those rules.

And

And this notion that, oh, we're doing this to save the institution.

I get it.

They say that we're institutionalists.

You're not saving the institution.

You are creating and fomenting – not creating, but you are fomenting the uniparty, the control over Washington, D.C.

And that's why lobbyists, bureaucrats, the media, they all are fine with keeping it exactly the way it is because –

Yeah, look, they breathe a different air than the rest of the world breathes.

Come on, you know that.

They view themselves as, all of them wake up and look in the mirror in the morning and say, this is the future president of the United States.

And so they kind of have that attitude.

But the problem with it is, of course,

that you allow people who, you know, like in my state, you got two Democrat senators, but the vast majority of the state's Republican.

And we are sitting there with interim attorneys general constantly in Arizona for literally years at a time.
