Protester and local resident Holly Fondale says she thinks people are fed up with federal cuts and high prices of groceries.
Several miles away, organizers estimated 3,500 people showed up to a No Kings protest in suburban Strongsville, where the majority of voters also chose Trump in the last election.
More than two dozen protests took place in northeast and north-central Ohio Saturday.

Winter Mason, one of those counselors at a high school in Akron, says her work went far beyond that though.
Advocates say the canceled gear up grants total almost one hundred and seventy million dollars and impact students at two hundred and twenty schools across the U.S.
Cleveland and Akron are two of the biggest, but grants were also canceled in New Hampshire, Indiana, and California.
The Department of Education says the majority of gear up grants are continuing.
