I mean,

I sort of was lifting a fair bit before I got drafted, but didn't really translate to that to a lot of power.

I had a good long distance running, but geez, it took a while to get going when I was off the mark.

So that was probably something when I got to the club I really had to try and work on.

And then obviously just I'm a bit tall and lanky, so I can be a bit iffy with that.

So I think just working on just being a bit cleaner, um, in general and then, yeah, working on that strength and power and stuff probably was my focus over the first 12 months.

And obviously it's still evolving and I'm still trying to get better at it.

But, um, yeah, probably that first 12 months probably fast track that a little bit.

I wouldn't say I'm, like, I do love my footy.

I do see a fair bit of the SEN stuff getting around, which is good.

Good man.

And there's also a few of my good mates at the club love their footy as well.

I love chatting about it and stuff, but I wouldn't say I'm too into it, to be honest.

I think, well, obviously as everyone knows, Scotty's probably got a different approach to coaching.

He's very, I wouldn't say distanced, but he lets us sort of go about our thing how we want to and prepare during the week and then just sort of has the expectation that we're all ready for the weekend.

So to be honest, the only real conversations I have with Scotty about game day related stuff is just about getting the best out of yourself.

I mean, he's sort of one of those coaches that all his meetings and stuff revolve around
