this feeling that supporters can look at you and know you're going to make that change for the players and it's the same for the players by the way I'm the same now as a player when a manager comes in or you've got a manager you want him to be uplifting and you want him to be loud and you want him to be energetic and not all managers are like that and I completely get it and some good managers aren't like that either by the way but I'm just saying when you're at that football club I feel like you need to have that I'd have mentioned it before about what Mohamed Salah said about heavy metal football he needs to be on the front foot constantly to get the best out of that football club for me
