I want to just talk a little bit about what we were doing here.

And how what I did can maybe be an example for you.

So for me, if you've been listening to these podcasts, you've probably understood that I have a certain wounding around belonging.

I grew up with some doubts about my own Irishness.

I also grew up without really receiving a huge amount of love and attention.

When you don't receive a lot of love and attention as a child, you tend to just have the sense that you don't belong, that there is something wrong with you.

And this sort of doubt it it it it

not only follows you through life, but it actually kind of informs a lot of what happens in life.

I was bullied in school.

I have no doubt that that was an energetic thing.

It was connected to my lack of belonging, right?

So um

This is where we this is where we can come from, you know, as I sort of moved on.

In to adulthood, I tended to attract relationships where I also
