But like that was literally it.
And in terms of having a conversation around it, having a bit of excitement, the buzz around the championship, it just didn't make for much of it.
Whereas I think now Kerry being the massive favourites before the weekend and justifiably so.
Like when you're all Ireland champions, you do come back late.
You are a little bit behind in terms of fitness availability.
And then to kind of fall into a league final, as Kerry more or less did, suggests that you're actually so strong you can do it anyway.
But getting beaten like that...
What that means is that the next time a Donegal or maybe an Armagh... Because I'm not sure who else could beat Kerry if they have everybody there.
But at least you know that there is a way.
What Kerry showed last year in the All-Ireland Final wasn't some sort of unbeatable performance by this team that nobody can lay a glove on.
There are ways to do it.
You can deprive them of ball.

It might have been a small bit trite, but I think it was written that, you know, from somewhere of no possibilities, and now there's at least two.
But, like, we'll take it, you know, because it was looking... If Kerry had won that by seven or eight points, particularly with the amount that Donegal seemed to have put into the game, particularly that game, because more than a league title, I think, beating Kerry in the manner that they did is more important to Donegal and to Jim McGuinness.

If we were all given a bet on what's going to happen if Donegal play Kerry later on this year, I don't know, but I'd say we'd be divided, would we?
And, like, the thing about it is, like, Robbie Brennan, it's a funny one because he went into that media job and all anybody knew about Robbie Brennan from a managerial point of view was managing Kilmacook Croaks.
And they were obviously very successful, but Kilmacook Croaks are one of those clubs.
They've so much talent there.
