Appearances
not sure were they ever really at it they won the comic title comic final because Mayo couldn't win it 20 minutes to go I felt there was only one winner that day and they scrambled after that they got back at Dublin but Dublin broke and the Derry game was a real battle and even against Armagh in the last qualifier game when Armagh had already topped the group that was a struggle to come and win that and against Meath
They got ahead and let it slip, which is not a great sign.
That's not a great sign.
Not sure whether Comer and Walsh will be available to them in the early rounds of the league.
Suggestions from Galway are that they won't.
There's an element of doubt, as per Porrick Joyce himself in a recent media call about Paul Conroy.
They hope he comes back, but it hasn't been confirmed.
Maybe he is now.
And John Mahor, who I think is a big force for them, he's injured.
I think he's going to miss the early part of the league.
I'm not sure for how long.
And Matthew Thompson has gone to Barkley.
in California on Erasmus.
So he's a global business student and he's taken a great opportunity there.
Comer probably has missed more championship minutes than maybe any other player of his genre over the last number of years.
He's perpetually out of the picture because of injury, because it's an issue.
When he's there, he's a handful.
He really, really draws defences into him.
They have to watch him.
Two.
