But where I disagree here is, right, the point about gourmet food, right, there's a couple of levels between what we have and gourmet.

And you can go to any festival, you can go to any park at the weekend and you can see vendors who have set up and buy licences.

to distribute decent food.

Okay.

If you're going to buy something to eat, it would be nice to have the option of buying something that's okay.

And there are county boards.

If you go to Wexford Park, the experience there is better because they have like a nice kind of coffee vendor.

Like you have to evolve with people's tastes.

You will sell more things if the things that you're selling are decent.

And there's no excuse not to do it.
