uh and then yes absorb all of david lynch's works and then watch twin peaks the return so that you get this this full uh celebration of not just twin peaks but this this auteur's um life and filmography it was a bit of a detour but yes i would um not read insomnia first uh prior to the dark tower books because uh you're going to get that dark tower content um within that book and it helps to have that that background knowledge um

And with Insomnia, if you're not able to get into it, if you haven't listened to my review and the review of the ending of Insomnia, if you're just like, I'm not, this book isn't for me, just listen to my thoughts if you haven't, because I am a big fan and I understand why it's not for everyone, but I do make a case in those episodes for the worth of

of insomnia and and how to look at insomnia uh to to to view it as a thematic sequel to to it um i really do stand by that book there's a lot of there's a lot of good stuff in there um all right so uh karen continues to write anyway thanks for doing what you do um it reminded me of the great stories i've read through the years um uh thank you sai long days and pleasant nights um

I just started listening to the podcast.

You're doing a great job.

It provides awesome insight and a fresh perspective on King's work.

I'm only on the third episode and I'm enjoying my journey and narrative thoughts about the characters and plots and more.

Example, I never really considered the Carrie narrator possibly embellishing the events surrounding the town as Carrie had destroyed it.

Being that she was a vitally important character in the story, I'm totally for the story possibly been skewed from her point of view.

Keep up the great work and keep it going.
