I didn't know if I was going to like it.

I you just never know what you're gonna get with a McGarris um adaptation.

But this, I gotta say, I enjoyed it.

Um and it doesn't overstay its welcome.

Um and even at times where you see the limitations of the budget and what you can do on television, because you're not spending that long.

you don't feel like you're really wasting your time.

So for what it is, it's uh it's it's well done.

With that being said, I would actually like to see this um

Adapt it again for the big screen, um, because I think that you could really get creepy and really get disturbing and really get into some conversations of face um in some meaningful ways.

I'm just thinking about uh when when Kali you know, just thinking about the the the Nevada sky on the big screen.

thinking about uh how deep the shadows and darkness can be um in the desert at night, um with uh with a tack possessed body starting to to break, the skin starting to break, and maybe the eyes shining in the darkness and the the skin um and and and the blood um you know running from the slits in the skin, you know, kind of shining off of moonlight.

I I I could just see that being

Very, very effective.

Less effective in this movie are is the flashback to the moment when David made his bar.

It is it's laughable, uh, the the scene, uh, where uh uh a dummy uh f standing for a boy goes flying into the air and and hits uh hits a house from a from a car crash.

for a moment that is supposed to be as integral to the plot as it is.

It's something that doesn't need to be in the film.

You know, I mean David explaining uh what what happened is is more than enough.
