It's not the same because there's Irish people
in the north.
So like it was pointed out on the right, like there's northern Irish people in the north now, but th there's more Irish people.
There's still more Irish people as of the last census, as of general life as well.
And so many of them would
jump at the opportunity to play for the Republic of Ireland and they would do it at the earliest age possible.
So my thing that really annoys me here is
Why hasn't why do the FA constantly leave those Irish players in the north to be picked picked up by the by Northern Ireland?
Because they're available to them.
Like they're
A a player in Derry is available to the FAI like a player in Cork is.
And it doesn't seem to be the same strategy.
An under fifteen player in Limerick is brought in at under fifteen level, but they're not i if they're from Belfast.
And they're left there and I spoke to a coach
From Northern Ireland, who actually had Darren Gibson, another dairy person, who was always going to go to Ireland once he got the opportunity because he's Irish.
And he knew that as well, they knew that.
But they were obviously trying to like they're well within their rights, trying to get into enjoy the the place, trying to improve Northern Ireland as well.
That coach actually talked about God saves the Queen at the time as a national infant.
Like that's obviously not ideal for half of our population up here.
