And you can kind of triangulate somebody to a broader area based on that.
Yes, you have to get a warrant at least.
And they thought they were obtaining a lot of evidence, quote unquote, in good faith with a valid warrant, that evidence can still be admissible in court, even if the warrant is found to be invalid.
