Queensland, if you've done it before for them, they'll keep picking you.
And the best example to use from the past was a fella called Dale Shearer, Rowdy Shearer.
Rowdy was a great player.
Played fullback or he could play wings.
Very versatile.
Played six a few times in centres.
Mate, hell of a player.
But, mate, he could have been playing reserve grade at Manly or the Broncos.
and he would ring the coach.
He might ring Arthur Bootson or Wally when Fatty was coach and go, hey, mate, I'm ready to go.
Just tell me, I'll perform.
And they'd always pick him, and he'd always kill it.
Did they?

I'm saying we don't usually do it, but we've done a few.
