And, yeah, I hope his health's all right.
I know he's going to be coaching in the immediate future.
They said it's not an immediate risk for his coaching at the moment, but I'm not sure where that leaves him going next year and beyond.
yeah even even when i was there he uh he'd be in the gym at 5 00 a.m like working and all of his assistants would he sent an example and then all of the assistants like ralzi jason rolls was in there flogging himself on the what bike every morning at 5 00 a.m before all the boys got in there like they would still to that day as a as a at that stage you would have been i would just think mid 60s yeah and he's still in there flogging himself like i i remember one night i couldn't sleep and i went into the gym
at maybe 4 a.m.
just to do a little sweat on, 4.30 rolled around, he was in there.
And he was like, what?

But, yeah, he's such a good bloke.
That's what's so good about him as a coach, right?

Like what Harry Grant can run fitness-wise, Josh Adekawa can't do it.
They're two different levels of fitness.
He understands that.
But all he wants is for people not to quit.
