I'm going to take it to another one of our kind of partners, Sonoma Wine Growers Association.
Let's say that they decide to keep it in the barrel for X amount of time, but we really think the flavor would probably change if we kept it in the barrel for this amount of time.
Or we're going to use white oak barrels instead of red oak barrels.
I mean, something like that.
Do our Western partners in agriculture have a different mentality on R&D than we do in the Midwest?
No.
Okay.
So one year is maybe not.
What's the statute of limitations on that?
I've had some people ask me even about the BOA software credit that they go back 10 years.
And then I've had other people that went to get it and they said,
I'm not so sure.
My tax accountant says there's a statute of limitations to open up a previous tax return that you've already prepared.
What do you got there on that?
So when I try to bring some of this, I brought a BOA software tax credit to my tax accountant.
And she went, all right, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You're always trying to find something.
And says, this is magical juice.
It's not going to happen.
And I had to literally bring the report and say, here is the report that they prepared that I'm supposed to give you to use on my tax return.
