I think they've kind of solved that problem.

I mean, I've had guys from Wisconsin say they want to move to Iowa and move the money to Iowa because they sold something in Wisconsin and they are strategically trying to buy acres locally and then guess what?
They're actually gonna rent it out.
They want to empower local farmers to rent that ground out.
