You know, how are you able to, you know, it's hypocritical.

So the when we look at our we just look at Congress, but it's on the state level as well.

How do we get to a place where the people actually respect our members of Congress and our other legislators if we are taking money from both sides?

Affordability means that you make my life less expensive.

It means that you work to lower utility costs because we know that across our communities that every single year that it's getting hotter in the summer, but our energy costs are going up.

We know that that climate change is actually real.

And so we're seeing more disasters we're seeing.

And we know that the investment is not there.

So what do we do on the front end to make sure that people have what they need?

Is there funding to make sure that people are able to get their get their roofs, you know, taken care of to make sure that that that they can have access?

that they can have those repaired every 10 years or whatever it is so that they can, you know, so that they can not have their root fall in, you know, during the disaster.

Is there, you know, we lower gas prices.

Can we not send money to war?

Can we not spend our money, you know, bombing other countries?

Can we keep the money here and lower gas costs and lower groceries?

If we would have gotten a Build Back Better Act, Emma, and I always go back to this, and I know that I am preaching to the congregation with you on this, but had we got the Build Back Better Act, I truly feel people would not have been voting for Donald Trump over the price of eggs.

So when we talk about affordability and how we lower prices, you have to look at what the regular everyday person in our community, what they need.

They need child care.

Child care is bananas.
