Those are real empathetic conversations that have not taken place because people are so overwhelmed in the academy side.

And technology has got radically better over the last 15 years.
There's text messages, there's birthdays reminders, there's online scheduling.
The amount of missed calls has been consistent for the last 15 years.
And so though we've deployed a lot of new stuff, we've not actually solved the core problem of building relationships with our patients on site and following up with the conversations and picking up the phone when it matters.
And so this is our first chance of really beginning to buy time back.
