It's one of the things that's been a struggle with education for many years is that not everybody excels in the same learning environment and had a really good discussion about that with someone recently.

Uh, yeah.

Self-awareness, self-love, grace, gratitude, forgiveness, perpetual curiosity for God's sakes.

Curiosity is, is like, like I hear it discussed in we're opening a role.

What are the qualities we want?

Curiosity.

We want people who aren't afraid to try something, to make a mistake and are capable of learning from it when they have.

And, uh,

uh you know in an era where and you know just look at google and open ai this week those two companies have have batted back and forth like a game of ping pong with releases every day like oh well i've got something cool well i got something cooler no i've got something cooler and you know and they're all great they've all been great and frankly i enjoy uh basking in all the new toys that that make covering this space so fun but

you need to be ready to like accept that that quick change is just a passing a fact of life now like industries are going to shift there are going to be processes that shift rapidly there are uh if you're a person who really struggles with that i i that's going to be really really rough uh you know maybe try to find a way to learn to adapt a little more easily and uh

And it's not necessarily a bad thing.

I mean, some of it would be a good thing.

Yes.

For God's sakes, always have a dissenting voice on your team.

And I think...

Even if you want to wring their neck once in a while, a dissenting voice is an important part of any decision-making.

I can't write enough about the cost of ground beef right now.

Yeah.
