yeah that's my best advice go learn something new every day try something new with an ai tool you know the truth is there's a very very very limited number of people who are really good with these tools as users you know we always talk about the people building them and about people using them for coding but the fact is every single field right now in hiring is looking for people who are

HR rock stars and are also really good with AI and are power users.

Be that person in your field, for God's sakes.

Just decide I'm going to be that person.

Take a couple of classes on Coursera or something and spend some time with the tool and figure out how it impacts what you know about your industry and your specialties that you know well already.

And, you know, if you look at job listings, it's a lot higher than that in a lot of places.

Like there are big premiums.

Give that environment a read.
