But I really do feel that when I walk into Sox Park on April 2nd,

All of whatever's going on in my head, whatever ideas I didn't get through with the White Sox about my cafe, whatever's going on with my work, podcast, whatever, I am telling you, I will leave it at the door.

And I will go in and I will truly, truly focus on what I'm there for, and that's to enjoy baseball.

be back in the ballpark after six months and be there with my dad.

I mean, that is, that is the goal, right?

I mean, that is the plan is to go there, forget about all the nonsense that you're dealing with as an adult, because there is, there's, I mean, it's 2026.

There's a lot going on, but yeah,

I mean, there's a reason why they call this an escape, right?

Because it should be an escape from the nonsense that you have going on.

It really should be.

And that is how I view it, and that is how I think I'll always view it.

At least I hope I'll always view it that way.

So baseball, at the end of the day, is an escape, and that's what I look forward to the most, just walking in there and forgetting about the BS for a couple hours, you know?

The older I'm getting, sometimes I have to consciously do it depending on what's going on that morning.

But as soon as I leave my house, I'm in the car, I'm in a different mode.

I'm in baseball mode, as I like to say.

So I didn't let you down?
