If everyone was forced to, then the kids will just have to acclimate. And honestly, it will be so much better for them. The reason why they've banned them in places like the UK and Sweden is because they have recognized that these dyes cause hyperactivity in children. I would say first and foremost, do an audit of your pantry and just start paying attention and reading ingredient labels. If you can do that one shift and start slowly swapping out a lot of your normal everyday food products that you're buying for ones that are made with real ingredients, you're going to be off to a great start. So I have a really, really simple hack for this.
